Description
For PAPU Hollow screw pump of iso-wall thickness, it consists of hollow and iso-wall thickness rotor and stator, which solve the problems in the process of using the conventional screw pump:
1. For the stator of iso-wall thickness, it has the thinner rubber layer and the well-distributed rubber thickness, which is useful for heat conduction. Meanwhile, the spiral shapes of shell of the stator enlarge the heat dissipation area, which result in that the quantity of heat dissipation for the stator of iso-wall thickness is less than that of the conventional stator. Therefore, the stator of iso-thickness has longer service life. For our new screw pump, we adopt the stator of iso-thickness with hollow rotor. For the hollow rotor, it has lighter weight and a definite elasticity, which reduces the lateral pressing force of rotor for the rubber of stator, reduces damage of the stator, extends the service life of pump and reduces operation costs.
2. Thin iso-wall thickness stator and the well-distributed rubber wall thickness make the rubber of the stator expand evenly under thermal effects, which reduce the magnitude of interference of the rubbers of rotor and stator. Meanwhile, it has the smaller torque required for pump start-up and revolving. In addition, it also reduces the power consumed by electric motor, which is beneficial for energy conservation and environmental protection.
3.For the iso-wall thickness stator, it has the higher single stage pressure (the single stage pressure for the conventional stator reaches 0.6 MPa. The single stage pressure for the iso-wall thickness stator reaches 1.0 MPa). Because of the thinner rubber thickness of the iso-wall thickness stator and the little amount of compression deformation, the single stage pressure for the iso-wall thickness stator is relatively 60%-70% higher than that of the conventional stator. For the iso-wall thickness screw pump, it requires less stages than the conventional screw pump under the circumstances of multiple-stage high pressure. Therefore, under the same pressure requirements, the iso-wall thickness stator requires less time than the conventional stator, which reduces the costs of the screw pump and saves space for installing the screw pump.
4. Have a good technical economy index. The screw pump having the iso-wall thickness stator has the higher economic effects rather than the feasible process. The screw pump has the less accidents and the smaller machinery damage compared with the conventional screw pump, which improve the efficiency of the pump and reduce costs.
